J S Hosking established our self storage facility in 2005 and since then the business has grown.

CCTV covering the whole site and access to the storage containers seven days a week.

JS Hocking’s storage site is all at ground level, with drive up access to each container, allowing for a simple loading and unloading of contents. Our self storage containers are 20 foot x 8 foot x 8 foot with a minimum hire period of four weeks. 

Access to the self storage site at Liskeard is available seven days a week during working hours. CCTV is in operation to record access to the site.

Hirer’s are recommended to use high security padlocks suitable for containers.

The minimum hire period is four weeks.  All payments are to be made in advance.

Please observe Health & Safety procedures when visiting the container storage site.

It is a working site.  Be aware at all times of machinery and vehicles that may be operating on the site.

If children are present they should remain in your vehicle at all times.  Any animals or pets are to remain in your vehicle at all times.

No goods are to be left outside of the containers at any time.  Only dry goods should be stored inside a container.  Pressurised items or goods requiring ventilation should not be stored in the containers.
